Financial Policy

We welcome questions and concerns to help you understand your treatment plan. Our goal is to provide you with all of the information needed in order to make an informed decision regarding your dental care, and that includes the financial policy.

Patients are expected to pay for all services at the time they are rendered.

Payment may be made using:

  • Cash
  • Check (returned checks will be charged a fee of $30.00)
  • Visa, MasterCard, and Discover

For those patients using dental insurance, we expect payment in full at the time of service for amounts not covered by insurance including: co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance. As a courtesy, our office will submit dental claims on behalf of the patient. It is your responsibility to provide us with the most up to date insurance benefit information. If our office is not able to obtain current benefit information for the patient, then it will be the patient that is responsible for 100% of the financial obligation at the time services are rendered. Our office is contracted with many insurance companies in order to offer you in-network participation benefits. However, the benefits covered under your insurance is a contract between your employer and the insurance company. If a procedure is not covered, this is a provision agreed upon between your employer and insurance company. Employers will obtain dental benefits for employees based upon how much the premium costs, covering only a portion of necessary dental treatment.

All dental providers at North Bridge Dental will give patients the best quality dental care based on your dental health and not what is covered by your insurance company.

If your insurance company has not paid within 90 days from the date of service, it is your responsibility to make payment in full to North Bridge Dental. After the 90 day period, the patient is responsible to pursue payment from the insurance company, and can request documentation needed.
